- Notifying various bodies, sportsmen and women, media as to it's establishment.
- Obtaining legality from Ethiopian Sport Federation or similar body.
- Getting registered by Africa Jiu Jitsu Association and obtaining accreditation.
- Getting registered by Ju Jitsu International Federation and obtaining accreditation.
- Increasing the number of member, making campaign as to it's establishment, and explaining about the martial art.
- Importing various necessary and useful educational videos CD/VCD/DVD specially those not found in Ethiopia.
- Making various regulations.
- Based on the first Ethiopian Ju Jitsu Martial Art kick off seminar held on December 2007 at the club of Addis Ababa sport commission and by using the existing education opportunities and materials starting to develop experience and intensifying the training as well as standardizing other Ju Jitsu like styles.
- It's being established in the Ethiopian Millennium at the time where Ethiopia is unique, to show that it's part of the Millennium and have place in history as Ethiopian Millennium Martial Art.
- Creating Ju Jitsu web portal.

- Preparing the Identification card and certificate for Ju Jitsu Athletes and preparing temporary belt grading programs.
- Preparing and adjusting belt grading programs in collaboration with Ju Jitsu International Federation, Africa Jiu Jitsu Union and Germen Ju Jutsu Federation.
- Defining Ju Jitsu Sport codes and rules of the association.
- Strengthening technical committees, devising a method by which they can obtain educational and material service and fulfilling.
- Preparing adequate Ju Jitsu Athletes that can compete at Africa and international level and prepare a condition they can have adequate training.
- Considering Ju Jitsu as seen in other part of the World giving it place to modern self defense education. For example (to security, guards etc.).
- Giving a higher focus to women self defense as seen from other countries experience under Ju Jitsu and in addition to this facilitating conditions through the technique committee.
- Giving statements and public retain in order to make point 6 and 7 better known in Ethiopia.
- Getting introduced with other martial art associations in Ethiopia and collaborating as family but not as competitor.
- With good ethics, collaborating and working with sport federation and decision makers developing a way by which work performance can be exemplary and be a best case.
- Increasing the number of Ju Jitsukas and allowing other martial art athletes to use Ju Jitsu as their second sports.
- Getting focus of famous individuals, associations and media and strengthening.
- Inviting competent trainers from abroad.

- Giving higher contribution to martial art activity in Ethiopia and general sport activity and turning to one of the top 10 Sport federation in Ethiopia by increasing the number of members.
- Participating on Africa and World Ju Jitsu championships and getting adequate result recorded.
- Expanding Ju Jitsu principles not only as a sport but also theory to use the education as conflict management and give skill to children, women and the disabled as a means of self confidence to equip them with spiritual strength and bodily defense.
